Independent desk research:
Conduct secondary research from a wide range of sources to support project work and meet company’s secondar research needs including
International and Chinese healthcare databases
Channels such as widely used pharmaceutical WeChat accounts.
Investment-related information: stock market websites, investment analysis sites etc.
Checking pricing and bidding data
Policy tracking
Apply innovative research techniques (I.e. AI tools) beyond traditional methods and technology including:
Setting data alerts
Tracking keywords on targeted sources automatically
Data gathering, filtering, redundant management and QC
Developing and adopting automatic tools to improve efficiency of secondary research
Research analysis and summary:
Identify and analyze key findings and trends with senior guidance
Summarize logical research based on study results
Research tracking:
Track research findings on a regular basis
Report writing:
Report writing with senior guidance to ensure quality deliverables
Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned Role Requirements:
Two years or more of innovative secondary research experience in the healthcare industry, primary and MR experience is a plus
Master’s degree or above;
Excellent ability in literature searching preferred
Written and spoken fluency in both English and Mandarin
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
