We’re Hiring: Field Sales Executive – Solar & Battery Energy Storage (BESS)
📍 Kolkata & Industrial Areas of West Bengal

National Solar Solutions is looking for energetic Field Sales Executives to develop industrial and commercial clients for our Solar, Hybrid Solar and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) business.
This is a field-intensive B2B sales role. The executive will visit factories, industrial parks, warehouses and commercial establishments, identify decision-makers, understand their electricity requirements and generate qualified opportunities for our technical and sales team.
Compensation
Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 per month
Sales Incentives:
• 1.25% incentive on system sales
• 2% incentive on EPC project sales
The incentive structure provides significant earning potential for executives who consistently develop and convert industrial projects.
What You Will Sell
• Commercial & Industrial Solar Systems
• Hybrid Solar Systems
• Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS)
• Solar + BESS solutions
• Industrial EPC Projects
• Solar modules, inverters and energy-storage equipment
Key Responsibilities
• Visit factories and industrial areas daily
• Meet plant owners, directors, facility managers, electrical heads and maintenance teams
• Generate new B2B leads through direct field prospecting
• Understand electricity consumption, sanctioned load, DG usage, outages and existing solar installations
• Identify opportunities for rooftop solar, hybrid solar and BESS
• Arrange meetings and site visits for the technical team
• Maintain proper records of prospects and follow-ups
• Develop long-term relationships with industrial customers
Who We Are Looking For
• Comfortable with daily field sales and factory visits
• Strong communication and relationship-building ability
• Self-motivated and target-oriented
• Interested in renewable energy, industrial sales and infrastructure
• Previous experience in solar, electrical products, industrial equipment, EPC, B2B sales or field sales will be preferred
• Freshers with strong field-sales ability may also apply
