Role Description This part-time Freelance Recruiter role is a remote position , with the flexibility to perform some work from home. The recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring activities, including sourcing candidates through online platforms and networks, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating subsequent interview rounds with hiring managers. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining candidate pipelines, scheduling and following up on interviews, and providing a positive and inclusive candidate experience. The role also involves updating recruitment trackers, collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand role requirements, and supporting employer branding initiatives through job postings and outreach.
Qualifications
Strong skills in candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview coordination.
Experience with online job portals, professional networks, and social media for recruitment.
Ability to maintain organized recruitment pipelines and use applicant tracking tools or spreadsheets.
Clear and professional communication skills, with the ability to engage candidates and stakeholders effectively.
Understanding of recruitment best practices and commitment to fair, non-discriminatory hiring processes.
Prior experience recruiting for marketing, tech, or startup environments is an advantage.
Comfort working in a REMOTE setup , managing remote interactions.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field preferred.
