 According to the company's project requirements, timely release recruitment positions
 Screen suitable resumes and interview candidates  Initial training for interns
 Organize online job fairs and campus job fairs  Assist in the entry procedures of employees， edit work offer , checking contract laws
 According to the company's talent development needs, make timely personnel adjustments and formulate talent development plans Qualifications
 Students preferably from dental medical or another commercial business professional services environment
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills
 Eagerness to work in a collaborative team environment
 Excellent attention to detail and strong organization skills
 Ability to work well under pressure in a dynamic, fast paced environment
 Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with all constituents – candidates, university professors ,school contacts and senior business leaders
 Innovative, creative thinker with ability to devise bespoke campus recruiting programs
 Demonstrate good judgement
 Possess strong analytical skills
 Previous campus recruiting experience and previous experience with Workday would be beneficial
 Fluency inEnglish &Chinese  Working time , Monday to Friday , 9:00 am -11:30 am ， 1:30 -6:00 pm ， based on your own location.
