Email Marketing Coordinator (Real Estate Clients)
CRM Refresh is a small team that runs done-for-you email marketing for real estate agents. We're adding an Email Marketing Coordinator to own day-to-day delivery for our clients.
What you'll do
Build newsletters and email campaigns for a book of real estate agents, catch what's wrong before anything goes out, and be the person our clients email. You'll also handle onboarding calls for new clients, manage the approval process, and keep track of what every client is owed each month.
Quality control is the core of it. You're the last set of eyes before something reaches a client's entire database.
What we're looking for
Meticulous. You catch the broken link, the wrong name, the stale listing before anyone else does.
An eye for design. You can tell when a layout is off and make something look clean without a lot of bells and whistles.
Comfortable with AI-generated content — you can spot when it's wrong, generic, or off-brand and fix it rather than pass it along.
Clear, warm, professional written communication. Most client contact is email.
Relentlessly organized. Multiple clients, recurring deadlines, nothing slips.
Coachable. We'll onboard you fully and then expect you to run with it.
What we're not requiring
Years of agency experience, real estate experience, or any particular platform. We'd rather train the right person.

Part-time to start, scaling with our client book
Available during our agents' workdays - this isn't an evenings-and-weekends role
$3,750 monthly retainer at full client capacity, prorated while part-time
