Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative role based in the Greater Delhi Area. The Customer Service Representative will handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and messages, responding to inquiries about financial literacy programs, schedules, and services. The role involves resolving participant issues, providing clear information, and guiding individuals through registration and follow-up processes while maintaining accurate records in CRM or other systems. The representative will collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex concerns, gather feedback, and support continuous improvement of the participant experience. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining service quality standards, meeting response time goals, and contributing to a welcoming environment for all learners.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in customer-facing roles, such as Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support, with a focus on empathetic communication.
Ability to promote positive Customer Experience and Customer Satisfaction through active listening, problem-solving, and clear guidance.
Strong Customer Service skills, including managing inquiries across multiple channels and handling difficult situations professionally.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in local languages of the Greater Delhi Area is an advantage.
Comfort with basic computer applications and CRM or ticketing systems; ability to learn new tools quickly.
Detail-oriented approach, strong organizational skills, and reliability in maintaining accurate records and follow-ups.
Interest in financial literacy and education; prior experience in education, non-profit, or community-focused organizations is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework or certification in customer service or communications is beneficial.
