About Us
SuiteFit is building a new fitness platform specifically for multifamily communities.
We connect luxury apartment communities with vetted personal trainers, allowing residents to conveniently book personal training sessions while giving property operators a premium fitness amenity without the cost and complexity of directly staffing personal trainers.
What makes SuiteFit different is our revenue-sharing model. Instead of simply providing a fitness service to properties, SuiteFit enables multifamily operators to participate in the revenue generated through training sessions at their communities.
Our vision is to become the fitness infrastructure for multifamily communities across the United States.
We are currently expanding our early property network and are preparing for our next major stage of growth.

The Role
We are seeking a Director of Multifamily Partnerships to help SuiteFit establish strategic relationships with multifamily property operators.
This is a founding-level, part-time business development opportunity designed for an individual who already has meaningful relationships within the multifamily industry—or has a proven strategy for getting in front of multifamily decision-makers.
Your primary objective is simple:
Secure 1–2 anchor partnerships with multifamily property operators.
We are not looking for someone to individually sell one apartment community at a time.
Instead, we want someone who can open the door to a property management company, owner, developer, or multifamily operator that has the potential to expand SuiteFit across multiple communities.
A successful initial partnership could potentially lead to dozens or hundreds of additional property activations as the operator evaluates SuiteFit and expands the platform across eligible properties.
What Success Looks Like
Your initial focus will be:
1. Identify the right multifamily operators
Use your existing network, industry knowledge, relationships, or business-development strategy to identify operators that are a strong fit for SuiteFit.
2. Open the right doors
Connect SuiteFit with property executives, regional leadership, owners, developers, or other relevant decision-makers.
3. Secure the initial partnership
Help SuiteFit establish one or two anchor property relationships.
4. Support the initial activation
Work with SuiteFit leadership to help successfully launch the platform at the initial property or properties.
5. Unlock portfolio expansion
Once the operator sees the value of SuiteFit, additional properties activated through that relationship will count toward your performance.
Example
You secure a partnership with a multifamily operator.
The operator initially activates SuiteFit at one property.
The launch performs successfully, and the operator decides to expand SuiteFit to additional eligible communities across its portfolio.
That single relationship could potentially result in 50, 100, or even 200+ property activations.
Your ability to create that initial relationship is therefore significantly more important than simply generating a large number of individual property leads.
What You Will Do
Develop relationships with multifamily property owners, operators, developers, and executives.
Leverage your existing professional network to identify high-value partnership opportunities.
Introduce SuiteFit to qualified multifamily decision-makers.
Lead initial business-development conversations and partnership discussions.
Help secure one or more anchor operator partnerships.
Work directly with SuiteFit leadership during the initial activation process.
Identify opportunities for portfolio-wide expansion.
Provide market feedback that helps SuiteFit refine its multifamily partnership strategy.
SuiteFit will support the technology, platform operations, trainer network, and activation process.
Your primary value is your ability to create strategic relationships and open doors to multifamily operators.
Who We're Looking For
We are particularly interested in candidates who have:
An established network within multifamily real estate.
Relationships with property management executives or multifamily decision-makers.
Experience selling technology, services, amenities, or other solutions to multifamily operators.
Experience in multifamily property management, development, investment, PropTech, commercial real estate, or related industries.
A demonstrated ability to develop strategic partnerships.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
An entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work independently.
Confidence approaching senior-level decision-makers.
A strong belief in SuiteFit's vision and business model.
The Most Important Qualification
Can you get SuiteFit in front of the right multifamily decision-makers?
If you already have relationships with regional executives, VPs, owners, developers, or senior property-management leaders, we want to hear from you.
If you don't have an existing network but have a highly effective strategy for reaching these decision-makers, we are also interested.
Compensation
This is a part-time contract position compensated through performance-based equity.
Earn 0.01% equity for each qualified platform activation
Potential total equity opportunity of up to 3.0% of SuiteFit
Portfolio expansion resulting from an initial operator partnership may generate significant additional activations.
No traditional salary or hourly compensation is offered for this position.
Because the role is part-time and entrepreneurial, your primary investment is your time, relationships, and business-development expertise.
Performance & Growth
The initial performance objective is to establish one or two anchor operator relationships.
As SuiteFit grows and your partnerships generate meaningful portfolio expansion, there may be opportunities for:
Increased leadership responsibility
Regional leadership
Expanded equity participation
Transition into a full-time executive position
Potential future C-suite leadership opportunities
These opportunities will be based on demonstrated performance and the company's growth.
Why This Opportunity?
This is an opportunity for someone who believes that multifamily fitness and wellness are evolving.
Rather than selling another amenity to individual properties, you will help SuiteFit establish relationships with the companies that control entire portfolios.
One strong relationship could potentially unlock an entire network of communities.
If you have the relationships, experience, and entrepreneurial mindset to make that happen, this could be an opportunity to build something significant with SuiteFit.
How to Apply
Please email admin@suitefit.info and tell us:
Your experience within the multifamily industry.
The types of multifamily executives or operators you have relationships with.
An example of a partnership, contract, or business relationship you personally helped secure.
Why you believe you can help SuiteFit secure one or two anchor multifamily partnerships.
Why SuiteFit's vision interests you.
We are particularly interested in candidates who can demonstrate real access to multifamily decision-makers and a clear strategy for converting those relationships into partnerships.
