Moonshot Core Tech is looking for experienced technical recruiters interested in an ad hoc, contract-per-requirement opportunity.
This is not a traditional full-time or part-time recruiting role. When a client requirement comes in, we’ll share the opportunity. If it’s a role you want to work, you jump in. If it’s not, no problem.
You can work one search from time to time or multiple searches when your schedule allows, with no set hours or ongoing commitment.
For permanent placements, the recruiter receives a strong percentage of the total recruiting fee generated from the placement.
What You’ll Do
• Take ownership of the technical roles you choose to work.
• Source, screen, and qualify candidates.
• Leverage your network, LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
• Coordinate candidates through the interview and hiring process.
• Partner with Moonshot Core Tech to keep the search moving and ultimately close the placement.
Who We’re Looking For
Experienced technical recruiters who:
• Know how to find and close strong IT talent.
• Can work independently and move quickly.
• Have experience recruiting for technical, engineering, cybersecurity, cloud, infrastructure, data, or related roles.
• Want the flexibility to recruit without committing to another full-time job.
• Are motivated by performance-based earning potential.
