Senior Java Software Engineer

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Java Developer to join our engineering team and contribute immediately to the development and enhancement of a large-scale enterprise application. This role is ideal for a hands-on senior engineer who thrives in an established codebase, understands modern Java development practices, and can quickly become a productive member of an agile team.
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Java 21 and the Spring Framework, experience building cloud-native applications within Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and the ability to work effectively within an existing architecture while delivering high-quality, maintainable code.
This position requires someone who can hit the ground running with minimal onboarding and confidently contribute to both new feature development and ongoing platform enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise applications using Java 21 and the Spring Framework.
Work within an existing, mature codebase while adhering to established coding standards and architectural patterns.
Develop and support cloud-native solutions utilizing Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services.
Build and maintain integrations using messaging and event-driven architectures.
Troubleshoot complex production issues and implement sustainable solutions.
Participate in code reviews and ensure high standards for code quality, performance, and security.
Collaborate with architects, product owners, and fellow engineers to deliver scalable software solutions.
Contribute to technical discussions and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
