As we continue to grow across Australia, we're looking for a motivated Performance Marketing Executive who is passionate about digital marketing and excited to gain real-world experience in the Australian market. This is an immediate opening, so you'll be hands-on with live campaigns from your first week.
About the role
This is an execution-focused role designed for someone who wants to build practical digital marketing skills while working on real campaigns that generate measurable business results.
You will work directly with our Head of Customer Acquisition and collaborate with our Head of Brand & Growth Operations, assisting with the day-to-day execution of marketing initiatives across paid advertising, websites, landing pages, Google Business Profile, CRM automation, SEO implementation, reporting, and marketing operations.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys learning, follows processes well, pays attention to detail, and wants exposure to multiple areas of digital marketing, not just one.
Key responsibilities
Performance marketing
Assist in managing Google Ads and Performance Max campaigns.
Assist in managing Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports.
Upload and test new ad creatives.
Support campaign optimisation based on performance data.
Assist with A/B testing and campaign launches.
Website and landing pages
Update website content and landing pages.
Publish new service pages, blogs, banners, and forms.
Coordinate with developers on website improvements.
Ensure all pages are accurate, user-friendly, and conversion-focused.
Google Business Profile (GBP)
Manage and optimise Google Business Profiles.
Publish posts, upload images, and maintain accurate business information.
Support review management and local SEO initiatives.
CRM and marketing operations
Manage GoHighLevel CRM.
Create and maintain workflows, automations, forms, and pipelines.
Ensure leads flow correctly through the CRM.
Support marketing automation and reporting projects.
SEO and content support
Implement on-page SEO recommendations.
Update metadata, headings, and internal links.
Publish and maintain website content.
Marketing coordination
Work closely with designers, developers, copywriters, and external partners.
Ensure assigned marketing tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Assist with campaign launches and marketing projects across multiple channels.
Skills and experience
Essential
Available to start immediately, with no notice period or a very short one.
1 to 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing or Performance Marketing.
Basic understanding of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Experience using WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
Good written and spoken English.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Comfortable working with spreadsheets and marketing reports.
Preferred
Experience with GoHighLevel or similar CRM platforms.
Basic understanding of SEO.
Google Analytics.
Google Tag Manager.
Looker Studio.
Canva.
Figma.
Basic HTML/CSS.
Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT.
