Role Description The Information Technology Executive role at KALCO is an on-site position based in Ghaziabad. In this role, the individual will oversee day-to-day IT operations, including monitoring systems, managing network infrastructure, and ensuring smooth functioning of hardware and software across the organization. The IT Executive will provide technical support to internal users, resolve IT issues, and perform troubleshooting to minimize downtime. Responsibilities include maintaining data security, coordinating with external vendors when needed, documenting IT processes, and supporting technology upgrades that improve operational efficiency. The role also involves collaborating with other departments to understand their technology needs and implement practical, reliable solutions.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Information Technology and IT Operations to oversee day-to-day systems, applications, and infrastructure.
Hands-on experience with Network Administration, including configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of networks and related equipment.
Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Technical Support to diagnose, resolve, and prevent hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
Knowledge of data security best practices and basic cybersecurity principles.
Ability to document IT procedures and maintain accurate records of systems, assets, and incidents.
Effective communication and collaboration skills to support team members and coordinate with vendors.
Relevant academic background in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Prior experience in a manufacturing, construction, or architectural products environment is an advantage.
