Role Description The English Teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging English language and literature lessons to students, aligned with the school’s curriculum and standards. Day-to-day tasks include preparing lesson plans, teaching classes, assessing student progress, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining accurate records of student performance. The role also involves creating a positive classroom environment, differentiating instruction to meet diverse learning needs, and collaborating with colleagues and families to support student success. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Basmath, requiring daily presence on campus for classes, meetings, and school activities.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong English Teaching and Teaching skills, with experience instructing students in English language and literature.
Candidates should possess Lesson Planning and Education skills to design structured, age-appropriate, and curriculum-aligned lessons.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for clear instruction, effective feedback, and professional collaboration.
Relevant academic qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field; a teaching certification or license is highly beneficial.
Experience working in school settings, familiarity with international or modern educational approaches, and the ability to use basic educational technology tools.
Strong classroom management abilities, commitment to inclusive practices, and a demonstrated dedication to student well-being and academic growth.
