Role Description The Sales Executive is a full-time remote role responsible for driving new business and expanding HRMLabs’ customer base among SMEs and other target segments. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and qualifying leads, conducting product demonstrations, preparing proposals, and managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing. The role involves building strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their HR processes, and positioning HRMLabs’ solutions to address their needs. The Sales Executive will collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to refine messaging, provide feedback on customer requirements, and support go-to-market initiatives. Ongoing responsibilities include maintaining accurate sales records in CRM tools, meeting or exceeding sales targets, and representing HRMLabs professionally in virtual meetings and industry events.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management, preferably in SaaS, HR tech, or enterprise software.
Strong skills in lead generation, prospecting, and pipeline management, with the ability to qualify opportunities and drive them to closure.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, including the ability to explain technical solutions in clear business terms.
Proficiency with CRM tools and basic sales analytics, along with strong organizational and time-management skills for remote work.
Ability to build long-term customer relationships, understand client requirements, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver suitable solutions.
Comfort and effectiveness in a remote, fast-growing environment; self-motivated with a proactive approach to meeting sales targets.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field is preferred, though equivalent experience is also valued.
Experience selling to SMEs or in the HR, security, or cleaning industries is an advantage; knowledge of HR processes and HRMS solutions is a plus.
