Role Description The AM Engineer will work on-site at NCAM’s facilities in Hyderabad in a contract position, supporting the setup, operation, and optimization of additive manufacturing processes. The role involves preparing and validating 3D models, selecting appropriate materials and process parameters, and operating industrial AM equipment to produce prototypes and functional components. The AM Engineer will monitor build quality, perform post-processing, and document results to support continuous improvement and standardization efforts. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams on application development, assisting in trials and experiments, and contributing to technical reports, documentation, and training material. The role may also involve supporting industry projects, demonstrations, and knowledge-sharing activities aligned with NCAM’s mission.
