Role Description The Data Analyst will work full time on-site at Dynamo Conversion Rate Optimisation’s office in Gwalior. This role involves collecting, cleaning, and analyzing e-commerce data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for conversion rate improvements. The Data Analyst will build reports and dashboards, support experiment design (such as A/B tests), and interpret results to generate actionable insights for CRO initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with CRO specialists, UX professionals, and marketing teams to translate data findings into practical recommendations, as well as presenting analysis in a clear, accessible manner to stakeholders.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and proven expertise in Data Analytics.
Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Statistics and experience applying statistical methods to real-world data.
Candidates should possess capabilities in Data Modeling and working with structured and unstructured data.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including the ability to explain complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
Relevant skills such as proficiency in SQL, spreadsheets, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar) are beneficial.
A degree in a quantitative field (such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or related discipline) or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
Experience with e-commerce analytics platforms, A/B testing tools, and an understanding of CRO principles is an advantage.
