The focus is on contribution and completion of deliverables, rather than physical presence or hours spent on-site.

Experience Letter
Successful completion of the program will result in a standard Experience Letter covering the departments in which the intern was rotated and their overall contribution.
Recommendation Letter
A Recommendation Letter may be provided based on the intern's individual performance, specific contributions and evaluation during the internship.
Selection Process
Candidates will be shortlisted based on the following three questions (Do not answer in more than 500 words cumulatively):
1. How do you professionally differentiate yourself from other candidates?
What is unique about you?
2. How can you help a new brand grow?
3. Can you fulfil your commitment?
Bear in mind quitting halfway will deny a deserving candidate an opportunity to intern and no recommendation or experience certificate can be provided in that instance.
