Role Description This is a full-time, on-site SAP Consultant role based in Mumbai. The SAP Consultant will work closely with business stakeholders to analyze requirements, design solutions, and configure SAP modules to support critical processes. Daily responsibilities include mapping business processes to SAP functionalities, managing master data, and overseeing integration between SAP and other systems. The role involves participating in workshops, preparing documentation, performing system testing, and supporting end users during implementation and post-go-live. The consultant will also collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide consulting guidance on best practices, and help optimize existing SAP landscapes for performance and scalability.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills to assess business needs, identify gaps, and propose effective SAP solutions.
Consulting skills to collaborate with stakeholders, gather requirements, and deliver clear, actionable recommendations.
Experience with business process analysis and design, including mapping processes to SAP modules.
Knowledge of master data management concepts within SAP and the ability to maintain data accuracy and consistency.
Integration skills to support interfaces between SAP and other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow.
Relevant experience as an SAP Consultant or SAP functional analyst in modules such as FI, CO, MM, SD, or PP.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
Strong communication and documentation abilities, with capacity to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience in full lifecycle SAP implementations, upgrades, or rollouts is beneficial.
Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, collaborate in cross-functional teams, and manage multiple priorities.
