Accounts Manager

HIRING – ACCOUNTS MANAGER | LOGISTICS INDUSTRY
📍 Location: Thane, Maharashtra
📌 Preferred candidates from Thane / Mumbai / Navi Mumbai
We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to independently manage the Accounts & Finance function of our logistics business and lead a dedicated team of approximately 10 Accounts professionals.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Manage complete day-to-day Accounts operations
• Lead, supervise & allocate work to a team of 10 members
• Monitor billing, collections, payments, AR & AP
• Bank, customer & vendor reconciliations
• GST, TDS & statutory compliance coordination
• Prepare MIS and management reports
• Monitor cash flow and financial transactions
• Coordinate with Operations, Management, auditors, vendors & customers
• Ensure proper accounting controls, processes & documentation
• Take complete ownership of the Accounts team's performance
🔹 Candidate Requirements
✅ 5–10 years of Accounts & Finance experience
✅ Logistics / Transport industry experience preferred
✅ Experience managing a team of 8–10 people
✅ Strong knowledge of accounting, GST, TDS, AR/AP & reconciliations
✅ Good command of MS Excel & accounting/ERP software
✅ Strong leadership, communication & analytical skills
✅ Should be able to work independently and take ownership
🎯 Ideal Candidate: A hands-on Accounts professional who can independently handle the complete Accounts function and manage a 10-member team with minimal supervision.
