Operational Coordinator (Clinical)

We’re Hiring | Clinical Operations Coordinator
AnginaX is looking for a Clinical Operations Coordinator with a paramedical or allied healthcare background and excellent communication skills.
We’re looking for someone who understands healthcare, is comfortable speaking with customers, and can explain cardiovascular health and clinical information in simple, everyday language.
Requirements
• Paramedical / Allied Health Sciences / Clinical Sciences or related healthcare education
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a healthcare setting — hospital, clinic, diagnostic centre, clinical support or healthcare operations
• Good understanding of common clinical and laboratory parameters and medical terminology
• Comfortable entering and managing clinical information on digital platforms
• Excellent verbal communication and customer interaction skills
• Comfortable calling customers, explaining the importance of cardiovascular health, answering general questions and guiding them through their assessment journey
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills
• Comfortable coordinating between customers, diagnostic labs, doctors and internal teams
• Experience in cardiology, cardiovascular health, diabetes or other NCDs is a plus
This is not a nursing or patient-examination role. It is a customer-facing clinical operations role combining healthcare knowledge, communication and coordination.
