We’re looking for a detail-oriented and organized Creator Operations Executive to manage the day-to-day operations of our platform and ensure creators have a seamless experience from onboarding to profile approval.
What You’ll Do
Creator Onboarding: Guide new creators through the registration and onboarding process.
Profile Review & Approval: Review creator profiles, verify submitted information, and approve profiles based on platform requirements.
Profile Management: Create, update, and maintain creator profiles, ensuring all information is accurate and complete.
Platform Management: Organize creator profiles, categorize creators, and ensure the platform remains structured and up to date.
Quality Control: Review profile images, portfolios, bios, and submitted content to maintain platform quality and consistency.
Creator Support: Assist creators with onboarding questions, profile updates, and platform-related issues.
Operational Coordination: Work closely with the Nova team to improve platform workflows and the overall creator experience.
What We’re Looking For
Strong organizational and administrative skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable working with digital platforms, dashboards, and online tools.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.
A proactive mindset and willingness to learn.
Bonus: Experience in creator management, digital marketing, e-commerce, community management, or platform operations.
