Job Roles & Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Pharma/API roles
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and handle grievance management
• Oversee performance management systems and appraisal processes
• Ensure HR compliance as per Factories Act, labor laws, and audits
• Manage payroll, attendance, and overall HR operations
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and hiring
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with statutory requirements
Knowledge & Experience
• MBA / PG in HR or related field
• 5–8 years of HR experience in Pharma / API industry
• Strong knowledge of HR compliance, labor laws, and audits
• Experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and performance management
• Hands-on experience in payroll and HR operations
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Good organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
