Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries across calls, WhatsApp, website leads, and other communication channels.
Understand customer requirements, workspace challenges, and comfort preferences before recommending products.
Deliver personalized product recommendations aligned with customer needs and brand standards.
Follow up consistently with leads and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the buying journey.
Support end-to-end sales processes, from inquiry handling to final order coordination.
Maintain accurate customer records, sales updates, and follow-up tracking.
Represent the Ettorez brand with professionalism, clarity, and a premium customer-first approach.
Coordinate with internal teams such as operations and marketing to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Contribute toward sales targets while maintaining high-quality customer interaction standards.
Gather customer feedback and insights to improve the overall sales experience.
Who This Role is For
Candidates with prior telesales experience in the furniture, office chair, or related industries.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build trust and create meaningful customer conversations.
Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail and professionalism.
Comfortable handling premium customers and personalized interactions.
Self-driven, organized, and proactive in follow-ups.
Basic understanding of consultative selling and customer engagement.
Bonus: Experience in furniture, interiors, lifestyle, retail, or customer-facing sales roles.
