UX Researcher
About the Role
Ethos is seeking experienced UX Researchers to help train an AI language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. This role owns the full research study lifecycle, from planning and conducting interviews and usability tests through synthesis and delivery of actionable insights.
Successful candidates bring strong user and customer research experience, clear written communication, and the ability to translate research findings into impactful deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
Own the full UX research study lifecycle.
Conduct interviews and usability tests.
Synthesize research findings into actionable insights.
Apply thematic coding and survey methods.
Create impactful research decks and journey maps.
Support AI language model training related to professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.
Required Qualifications
4+ years of user research or customer research experience.
Strong written communication skills.
Expertise in thematic coding.
Experience with surveys.
Experience creating impactful decks and journey maps.
