Role Description The Wellbeing Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida & Faridabad, responsible for supporting the health, wellness, and overall wellbeing of employees across the organization. The role involves planning and implementing wellbeing programs, workshops, and awareness campaigns that address physical, mental, and emotional health needs. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with HR and management to understand employee concerns, organizing wellness activities, maintaining records of participation and outcomes, and ensuring initiatives are inclusive and accessible. The Wellbeing Executive will also identify external partners or service providers when necessary, monitor the effectiveness of wellbeing interventions, and provide regular reports and recommendations to improve employee experience. Collaboration, empathy, and proactive communication are central to the role, helping to foster a supportive and positive workplace culture.
Qualifications
Strong interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills to engage with employees at all levels.
Experience or education in human resources, psychology, social work, occupational health, or a related field.
Ability to plan, coordinate, and evaluate wellbeing initiatives, events, and training sessions.
Skills in data collection, basic reporting, and use of office productivity tools (such as spreadsheets and presentation software).
Understanding of workplace wellbeing concepts, including stress management, mental health awareness, and employee engagement.
Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented approach, with the ability to manage multiple activities and deadlines.
Prior experience in employee engagement, CSR, HR support, or wellness programs in a large organization is an advantage.
Comfort working on-site in a manufacturing environment and collaborating with diverse teams and shift-based staff.
