Influencer Marketing Manager

About the Role
Won Motors is looking for a proactive Influencer Marketing & LinkedIn B2B Executive to manage influencer collaborations, social media platforms and B2B customer outreach through LinkedIn.
The ideal candidate should have experience coordinating with influencers, managing social media accounts, generating B2B leads and maintaining consistent follow-ups with potential customers.
Key ResponsibilitiesInfluencer Marketing
Identify and shortlist relevant influencers and content creators.
Contact influencers and manage collaboration discussions.
Negotiate pricing, deliverables, timelines and content usage rights.
Prepare campaign briefs and coordinate content production.
Follow up with influencers and ensure campaigns are completed on time.
Track influencer campaign reach, engagement, leads and conversions.
LinkedIn B2B Outreach
Research and identify potential B2B customers, distributors, dealers and business partners through LinkedIn.
Send personalised connection requests and business messages.
Introduce Won Motors’ brands, products and business opportunities to potential clients.
Create and manage a structured LinkedIn follow-up funnel.
Maintain regular communication with prospective and existing B2B customers.
Qualify leads and arrange calls or meetings with interested clients.
Maintain a lead database and update follow-up status regularly.
Track connection acceptance rates, responses, qualified leads and meetings.
Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tools for prospecting when required.
Social Media Management
Manage the company’s LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube accounts.
Plan and maintain monthly social media content calendars.
Coordinate reels, product videos, static posts and promotional campaigns.
Write captions, LinkedIn posts and basic marketing content.
Monitor comments, messages and audience engagement.
Prepare regular social media, influencer and B2B lead-generation reports.
Must Have Skills
Experience in influencer marketing and influencer coordination.
Experience handling B2B customers and lead generation through LinkedIn.
Strong social media management skills.
Ability to create and manage follow-up funnels.
Good communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
Proficiency in Hindi, English and Tamil.
Understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and current social media trends.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns, influencers and B2B prospects simultaneously.
Basic knowledge of Meta Business Suite and social media analytics.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator or CRM tools.
Experience in the automotive, lifestyle, beauty or consumer products industry.
Basic content-writing and campaign-planning abilities.
Experience coordinating with designers, video editors and content creators.
Knowledge of paid social media campaigns is an added advantage.
