Technical Solutions Manager – Gaming Technologies

Passionate about graphics technology, game development, and customer engagement? We're looking for a technically skilled bilingual professional to support customer engagements across the video game industry. In this role, you'll work closely with our Sales, Commercial, and Engineering teams, participating in product demonstrations, technical discussions, and customer meetings while accurately communicating complex graphics technologies and real-time rendering concepts between our team and customers.
As a trusted bridge between engineering teams, business stakeholders, and game developers, you'll ensure technical accuracy is maintained throughout customer interactions and help customers fully understand the value of cutting-edge graphics technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with Sales, Engineering, and Product teams during customer engagements.
Support customer meetings, technical presentations, workshops, and product demonstrations.
Interpret and communicate complex technical presentations, discussions, and product messaging while maintaining technical accuracy and business context.
Explain concepts related to real-time rendering, graphics optimization, GPU technologies, game engines (Unreal Engine, Unity, and proprietary engines), and AAA game development workflows.
Build trusted relationships with developers, technical artists, graphics engineers, and studio leadership.
Serve as the key liaison between customers and internal technical teams during meetings and business visits.
Monitor the gaming and graphics technology landscape for emerging trends and opportunities.
Identify prospective customers, partners, and strategic industry contacts.
Coordinate customer meetings and introductions during regional business visits.
Provide market intelligence and competitive insights to support business growth initiatives.
Support communication and interpretation during commercial discussions, partnership negotiations, and agreement reviews.
Requirements
Professional experience within the gaming industry.
Understanding of one or more of the following: graphics pipelines, real-time rendering technologies, GPU architecture, or game development workflows.
Fluent Korean and English language skills, with the ability to present and interpret complex technical discussions.
Ability to engage confidently with both technical and business stakeholders.
Experience in one or more of the following areas: Graphics Programming, Rendering Engineering, Engine Development, Technical Art, Developer Relations, Solutions Engineering, or Game Technology Support.
