Role Description The Vice-President for Growth is a full-time, remote role responsible for defining and executing growth strategies across key markets and product lines. This position oversees revenue expansion initiatives, identifies new business opportunities, and aligns sales and marketing efforts to meet organizational goals. The role includes leading and mentoring cross-functional teams, optimizing go-to-market strategies, and monitoring performance metrics to ensure sustainable, data-driven growth. The Vice-President for Growth will collaborate closely with senior leadership, product, finance, and regional teams to drive strategic partnerships, improve customer acquisition and retention, and support long-term market positioning.
Qualifications
Demonstrated expertise in Sales and Business Development to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.
Proficiency in Strategic Planning to design and implement long-term growth roadmaps and go-to-market strategies.
Strong Team Leadership capabilities to build, guide, and inspire high-performing cross-functional teams.
Experience in Marketing to align brand positioning, customer engagement, and demand-generation initiatives with growth objectives.
Proven background in senior or executive-level growth, commercial, or strategy roles, ideally within healthcare, medical devices, or related industries.
Ability to work effectively in a remote, matrixed environment, with excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
Advanced analytical skills, including comfort with data-driven performance measurement, forecasting, and market analysis.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
