Starting Annual Compensation:
Annual Salary: $230,000 to $325,000 (specialty dependent)
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $800,000 (specialty dependent)
Specialty Incentive Pay: Up to $66,000 (specialty dependent)
Board Certification Pay: $8,000 (once certified)
