URGENT HIRING | CIVIL & INTERIOR SITE SUPERVISOR / SITE ENGINEER
Porthole – Architects, Interior Designers & Construction is looking for an experienced Civil & Interior Site Supervisor / Site Engineer for an ongoing premium residential construction project in Delhi/NCR.
📍 Location: Dwarka / Delhi NCR
💼 Experience: Minimum 5 Years
🕘 Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
📅 Working Days: Monday – Saturday
💰 Salary: ₹35,000/month (depending on experience & capability)
⚡ Joining: Immediate / Urgent Requirement
🔹 Role & Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating both civil construction and interior finishing works at site.
Civil Construction:
* Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities
* Execute work as per approved architectural and structural drawings
* Strong practical knowledge of RCC, reinforcement, shuttering, brickwork, plaster, waterproofing and masonry
* Check dimensions, levels, alignment and workmanship
* Coordinate with contractors, labour teams, vendors and consultants
* Monitor material requirements and site progress
* Maintain daily site reports and ensure timely execution
Interior & Finishing Works:
* Supervise interior execution and finishing works from basic to final finishing stages
* Knowledge of flooring, stone/marble, false ceiling, painting, woodwork, modular works, partitions, electrical & plumbing coordination
* Coordinate with interior contractors and specialised vendors
* Ensure proper detailing, quality, finishing and alignment
* Check execution against drawings and approved designs
* Coordinate between civil, MEP and interior teams to avoid site clashes
🔹 Candidate Requirements
* Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering preferred
* Minimum 5 years of relevant site experience
* Must have hands-on experience in both civil construction and interior finishing
* Strong understanding of architectural and structural drawings
* Experience in residential / luxury residential projects will be preferred
* Good knowledge of construction materials, workmanship and site execution
* Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
* Ability to independently manage day-to-day site activities
