Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Jaipur Area for a Senior Human Resources Recruiter. The Senior Human Resources Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment, including defining role requirements with hiring managers, sourcing candidates, screening applications, conducting interviews, and coordinating selection decisions. The role involves building and maintaining talent pipelines, leveraging multiple sourcing channels, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. This position will also support employer branding activities, maintain accurate recruitment data and reports, and ensure compliance with company policies and relevant employment regulations. The recruiter will collaborate closely with HR colleagues and leadership to align hiring plans with organizational goals and workforce needs.
Qualifications
Strong experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and professional networking platforms for candidate outreach.
Ability to build relationships with hiring managers, understand role requirements, and provide consultation on hiring decisions.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage candidates and stakeholders professionally.
Solid organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail in documentation and reporting.
Knowledge of HR best practices, basic employment laws, and ethical hiring standards.
Experience in employer branding, campus hiring, or talent pipeline development is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; advanced HR certifications or relevant training are a plus.
