Location: South Delhi, India (On-site)
Key Responsibilities:
Examining and counselling to the patients to diagnose their medical condition.
Leading, managing, and mentoring the team of Nutritionists and ensuring effective day-to-day functioning of the team.
Setting team objectives and monitoring individual and team performance against assigned targets.
Monitoring team-wise revenue, client conversions, renewals, retention, and overall business performance and taking corrective actions wherever required.
History taking, diagnosis, investigation recommendations, planning herbs.
Preparation of suitable plans for the patient as per his/her condition.
Advising patient/client how to take appropriate herbs and advising lifestyle changes for management of weight and medical condition.
Patient health monitoring: Regular follow- up with patient/client to review progress and health.
Review impact of plan on weight and overall health of client. Make appropriate modifications in plan accordingly.
Documenting and keeping record of treatment. Apprising other team members of the same.
Counselling the client as a mentor to continuously educate on how to improve health.
Conducting regular team reviews and providing guidance, feedback, and support to improve individual and overall team performance.
Participate in ongoing trainings to upgrade knowledge base and skills.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Ayurveda, Medicine, or related field.
Certification in Clinical Nutrition or Dietetics is a plus.
15+ years of experience in patient consultation and wellness planning.
Strong understanding of Ayurvedic principles and modern nutrition.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Strong business acumen with a focus on achieving business goals while maintaining high standards of service quality.
