US IT Recruiter

We are looking for enthusiastic and driven US IT Recruiters – Freshers to join our recruitment team in Kolkata.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with a technical/IT background who are interested in building a career in US IT Recruitment and developing strong expertise in recruitment, candidate engagement, and US staffing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and other recruitment channels.
Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates.
Conduct initial candidate screening and assess candidates based on job requirements.
Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
Work closely with the recruitment team to achieve hiring goals.
Develop knowledge of US IT recruitment processes, terminologies, and requirements.
What We're Looking For:
Freshers with a technical/IT educational background.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good interpersonal skills.
Genuine interest in Talent Acquisition.
Comfortable working in a US shift.
Willingness to learn and build a career in US IT Recruitment.
