Role Description The Sales Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bina, responsible for driving sales growth and managing a high-performing sales team. This role includes identifying and developing new business opportunities, overseeing lead generation activities, and ensuring effective conversion of leads into policy sales. The Sales Development Manager will plan and execute sales strategies, monitor sales operations and performance metrics, and provide regular reporting and insights to leadership. Daily responsibilities also involve coaching and motivating team members, conducting training sessions, and ensuring adherence to company processes and regulatory guidelines. The role requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders and field teams to enhance customer experience and achieve branch and regional sales targets.
Qualifications
Strong communication skills, including the ability to present information clearly, build relationships, and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in lead generation and prospecting, with the ability to identify, qualify, and nurture potential customers through the sales pipeline.
Demonstrated experience in team management, including coaching, performance monitoring, and developing sales talent.
Solid understanding of sales and sales operations, including planning, forecasting, reporting, and process improvement.
Relevant experience in insurance, financial services, or a related sales-driven environment is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
Ability to work on-site in Bina, meet targets in a dynamic environment, and maintain high standards of integrity and customer focus.
