📍 Position: Field Associate
Location: Maharashtra – Multiple Districts
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience: 0–3 Years
Education: Graduate preferred
Language: Marathi, Hindi & English – Preferred
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Conduct field visits and collect accurate ground-level information
• Conduct surveys, interviews, and structured data collection
• Coordinate with local stakeholders and field teams
• Capture and update field data using mobile applications/forms
• Verify information collected from the field
• Prepare daily activity and field reports
• Support research, campaign operations, and constituency-level projects
• Identify and report important local issues, trends, and developments
• Coordinate with the Zonal/Project Team for daily assignments
• Ensure timely completion of assigned field activities
🔹 Candidate Profile
We are looking for candidates who are:
✅ Comfortable with extensive fieldwork
✅ Good communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Familiar with local geography and communities
✅ Comfortable using smartphones and mobile applications
✅ Good observation and reporting skills
✅ Self-motivated and target-oriented
✅ Able to work independently as well as with a team
✅ Willing to travel within the assigned district/region
