Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Generalist role based in Vada. The Human Resources Generalist will manage day-to-day HR operations, including administering HR policies, maintaining employee records, and coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes. The role will involve overseeing employee benefits and assisting with benefits administration, ensuring compliance with company standards and local regulations. Responsibilities include supporting performance management, handling employee queries, facilitating HR documentation, and collaborating with managers on workforce planning and employee engagement initiatives. The Human Resources Generalist will also participate in HR reporting, support training and development activities, and contribute to a positive, inclusive workplace culture aligned with Recyclekaro’s sustainability-focused mission.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with the ability to handle day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.
Knowledge of HR Policies and compliance requirements, including the ability to draft, implement, and update policies in line with regulations and organizational needs.
Experience with Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration, including enrollment, changes, and employee communication.
Relevant additional skills such as employee relations, performance management support, HR documentation, and basic HR analytics or reporting.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications or prior experience in manufacturing or sustainability-focused organizations are an advantage.
