Role Description The Romania Online Language School Franchise Partner will oversee the launch, management, and growth of a Lingua Learn virtual language school in Romania. This contract, remote role involves building and managing relationships with individual and corporate clients, coordinating online language programs, and ensuring high-quality service delivery aligned with Lingua Learn standards. Day-to-day tasks include local market research, planning and executing marketing activities, managing inquiries and enrollments, and monitoring learner feedback and performance. The partner will work closely with Lingua Learn’s central team to implement training guidelines, use standardized systems and platforms, and participate in regular performance reviews. The role also includes developing partnerships with local organizations and identifying new business opportunities to expand the school’s reach.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Writing skills to interact effectively with clients, partners, and the central franchise team.
Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Research abilities to assess market opportunities, track performance, and refine local strategies.
Candidates should possess Training skills to coordinate or oversee language training programs and support instructors in delivering quality courses.
Experience in education, language training, or franchise management is beneficial.
Entrepreneurial mindset, ability to work independently, and strong organizational skills are required.
Proficiency in English and Romanian is preferred; additional language skills are an advantage.
Comfort with digital tools, online platforms, and remote collaboration is essential.
A background in business, marketing, education, or a related field is an asset.
