Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat for an Architect and Interior Designer. The role involves developing architectural and interior design concepts, preparing drawings, 3D models, and presentations, and refining designs based on client feedback and project requirements. The Architect and Interior Designer will collaborate with the project team and consultants, coordinate with vendors and contractors, and assist in material selection and detailing. Daily responsibilities include attending client meetings, ensuring design intent is maintained during execution, and supporting project management activities such as timelines, documentation, and quality checks.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to create functional, aesthetic, and innovative spaces.
Experience with Software Development and Integration related to design tools or workflows (e.g., CAD/BIM integration, design software customization).
Demonstrated Project Management skills, including planning, coordination with stakeholders, and overseeing execution phases.
Proficiency in relevant design and visualization software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, or similar tools).
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture, Interior Design, or a closely related field.
Strong spatial, conceptual, and detailing skills, with attention to materials, finishes, and user experience.
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a multidisciplinary team and engage with clients and contractors.
Ability to work on-site in Surat, manage multiple projects, and adapt to evolving design and construction requirements.
