🔹 Role Overview
As a Business Development Associate (BDA), you will be the voice of 19MAcademy—guiding, counselling, and converting students into our training programs. This is a high-growth role for someone who wants to build a strong career in EdTech, sales, and communication.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
Contact and counsel prospective learners about our training programs.
Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
Explain course features, outcomes, and career benefits.
Achieve weekly and monthly enrollment targets.
Maintain CRM data and track conversions.
Build strong relationships with students and help them make informed decisions.
🎯 Required Skills:
Strong communication & presentation skills.
Basic understanding of online courses and EdTech trends.
Ability to handle objections and build trust.
Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven mindset.
Basic phone etiquette & sales understanding.

Any undergraduate/graduate.
