HR Executive

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with 5–7 years of core recruitment experience in the Infrastructure industry (roads, highways, civil construction, bridges, or EPC projects) to join our team in Kaithal, Haryana.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end recruitment for mid-to-senior technical, project execution, and plant-level roles.
Source specialized talent using job boards, professional networks, industry referrals, and site-level headhunting.
Partner with project heads and department managers to forecast site-level workforce requirements and maintain a steady hiring pipeline.
Manage screening, interviews, salary benchmarking, offer rollouts, and onboardings.
Requirements:
Proven track record of recruiting within infrastructure, civil contracting, or large-scale EPC firms.
Strong grasp of project-level technical designations and regional talent availability.
Excellent candidate engagement, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
