Role Description The Manager Heat Treatment role is a full-time, on-site position located in Belgaum. The role involves overseeing daily heat treatment operations for precision automotive and turbocharger components, ensuring process stability, product quality, and adherence to specifications. Responsibilities include planning and scheduling heat treatment batches, monitoring furnace parameters, optimizing cycle times, and maintaining documentation for process control and traceability. The manager will lead and develop the heat treatment team, coordinate with production, maintenance, and quality departments, and drive continuous improvement initiatives related to productivity, energy efficiency, and safety. The role also includes implementing and maintaining relevant standards, supporting audits, managing consumables and equipment maintenance, and analyzing process data to resolve nonconformities and improve metallurgical performance.

Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills and Communication abilities to lead teams, coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders, and manage day-to-day operations effectively.
Candidates should possess capabilities related to Social Work, Case Management, and Mental Health when supporting employee well-being, resolving workplace concerns, and fostering a respectful, inclusive work environment.
Relevant technical expertise in heat treatment processes, metallurgy, and precision component manufacturing, preferably within the automotive or turbocharger industry.
Experience in managing industrial furnaces, process control systems, and quality assurance for heat-treated parts, including familiarity with international standards and audit requirements.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and documentation skills, with the ability to interpret technical drawings, process parameters, and metallurgical test results.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Metallurgical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience in heat treatment management.
Commitment to health, safety, and environmental practices, along with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-precision manufacturing setting.
