Senior Manager-MEP – Interior Fit-Out Projects

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced MEP professionals to manage and coordinate Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) works for corporate interior fit-out projects. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth execution, coordination, quality, safety, and timely completion of MEP works.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, manage, and supervise MEP works at interior fit-out project sites.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, contractors, and project teams.
Review MEP drawings, BOQs, specifications, and technical requirements.
Coordinate MEP services with civil, architectural, and interior works to avoid site clashes.
Monitor project progress, quality, and adherence to approved drawings and specifications.
Manage MEP subcontractors, vendors, and site teams.
Ensure proper testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems.
Monitor material requirements, procurement, and site availability.
Identify and resolve technical and execution issues at site.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and project requirements.
Prepare progress reports and maintain necessary project documentation.
Requirements:
Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering .
6–12 years of relevant experience, preferably in commercial /corporate interior fit-out projects.
Strong knowledge of MEP services and site execution.
Good coordination, communication, and team management skills.
Ability to manage multiple activities and meet project deadlines.
