Role Description The Portugal Online Language School Franchise Partnership role is a remote, contract opportunity to establish and grow Lingua Learn’s presence in Portugal. Day-to-day activities include managing local marketing and client acquisition, overseeing online operations, and coordinating with Lingua Learn’s Global Franchise Support Team to implement best practices in sales, HR, and academic delivery. The partner will adapt Lingua Learn’s existing e-commerce platform and CRM tools to the Portuguese market, build and maintain relationships with individual and corporate clients, and ensure high-quality service using the provided course materials and teacher network. This role also involves monitoring market trends, evaluating performance data, and continuously refining local strategies to enhance brand visibility and revenue. The franchise partner will lead and support a small local team as the business scales, while maintaining alignment with Lingua Learn’s standards and procedures.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for client relations, stakeholder management, and collaboration with the global support team.
Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Research abilities to assess market opportunities, interpret performance data, and refine local business strategies.
Candidates should possess Writing skills to produce clear client communications, local marketing content, and professional documentation.
Candidates should possess Training capabilities to onboard local staff, support teachers, and ensure consistent quality in service delivery.
Experience in franchise management, business development, or entrepreneurship, preferably in education, language training, or online services.
Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote setting, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in English and Portuguese, with additional languages considered an advantage.
Familiarity with digital marketing, CRM systems, and e-commerce platforms, and a good understanding of the Portuguese education or corporate training market.
