Hiring: Accounts & Finance Manager
📍 Location: Hyderabad
💼 Experience: 8–10 Years
💰 CTC: Up to ₹10 LPA

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end Accounts & Finance operations.
Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax and statutory compliances.
Prepare budgets, forecasts, MIS and variance analysis.
Manage banking operations, cash flow and banker relationships.
Coordinate statutory, tax and internal audits.
Monitor receivables, payables, working capital and financial controls.
Drive cost control and process improvements.
Provide financial reports and insights to management.
Candidate Profile:
8–10 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.
Strong knowledge of taxation, compliance, budgeting and financial reporting.
Excellent Excel/ERP and MIS skills.
Experience in jewellery, manufacturing or retail will be preferred/not mandatory.
Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
