🌟About the Role:
We are looking for a data-driven Senior Meta Media Buyer to manage, test, and scale ad campaigns for viral
D2C e-commerce products in the Indian market. You will take ownership of the ad account, driving
aggressive scaling while maintaining strict KPI targets (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPM). You will collaborate
daily with our creative team to feed a high-volume testing pipeline and turn winning hooks into
scalable campaigns.
📌Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Launch & Testing:
● Run high-velocity creative testing for trending products.
● Launch daily campaigns to isolate winning ads.
● Monitor early metrics (CTR, CPC, CPM) to kill losers and optimise spend.
Scaling & Account Management:
● Scale winning ads using advanced Meta structures.
● Push daily budgets aggressively while maintaining target CPA.
● Combat ad fatigue through constant creative iteration.
Research & Strategy:
● Reverse-engineer competitor ads to spot winning market trends.
● Deliver data-backed briefs explaining exactly why specific angles work.
Reporting & Collaboration:
● Follow SOPs and update master trackers daily with test and scaling results.
● Collaborate with editors and writers to align creatives with media buying goals.
📌Requirements:
● Experience: Proven track record of profitably scaling Meta ad accounts for e-commerce or
dropshipping brands.
● Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Meta Ads Manager, CBO/ABO structures, pixel
tracking, and ASC setups.
● Analytical Mindset: Obsessive over metrics. You must be able to diagnose a funnel based
purely on CTR, CPM, CPA, and conversion rates.
● Creative Intuition: You don't just push buttons; you understand consumer psychology and
know how to instruct a scriptwriter or video editor to improve a direct-response video hook.
● Market Knowledge: Familiarity with consumer behaviour in the Indian e-commerce market is
a massive plus.
📌Tech Stack & Tools You Will Use:
● Meta Ads Manager
● Competitor research tools
● Google Sheets (for rigorous KPI tracking and team syncs)
● Generative AI tools for ad ideation and prompt engineering
📌Work Details:
● Schedule: 6 Days working,10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
● Pacing: Fast-paced, systematic environment driven by strict SOPs and clear daily objectives.
● Location: Rohini Sector 18, Delhi
● Prior Experience: Minimum 2 years.
