Role Description The Finance & Accounting Data Analyst is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role involves collecting, cleaning, and analyzing financial and accounting data to support budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting. The analyst will build and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports that help stakeholders understand revenue, costs, margins, and other key metrics. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing variance analyses, supporting month-end and year-end closing activities with data-driven insights, and identifying trends, risks, and opportunities in financial data. The role also requires close collaboration with finance, accounting, and operations teams to translate business questions into analytical solutions and communicate findings in a clear, actionable way.
Key Responsibilities: • Finance MIS & Management Reporting
Bank, Customer, Vendor & GL Reconciliations
Sales, Margin & Profitability Analysis
Budget vs Actual & Variance Analysis
Data validation and discrepancy analysis
Dashboard & report automation using Advanced Excel / Power BI
Support month-end closing, budgeting & forecasting Candidate
Profile:  B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance
 2–3 years of relevant experience
 Strong Accounting, Excel & Data Analytics skills
 FMCG experience preferred
Location: Noida
Salary Range - 20k to 35k
