SALARY: 25,000 - 75,000+ total on-target earnings
Requirements
Board-certified or board-eligible Psychiatrists (MD/DO)
Active, unrestricted medical license (multi-state licensing support available)
Interest in outpatient, 100% telepsychiatry-based care
Comfort with streamlined clinical technology
Strong clinical judgement, communication skills, collaborative mindset
Responsibilities
100% remote, outpatient psychiatry
Treat lower to moderate acuity populations (anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, OCD, PTSD)
Patients across lifespan: children/adolescents, adults, geriatric
Standard session lengths: 60-minute intakes, 30-minute follow-ups
No inpatient, IOP, partial hospitalization, or crisis coverage
Clinical autonomy over schedule, session length, patient population
