📍 Location: Ranchi, Jharkhand

We are looking for a Senior Accountant to join our finance & accounts team. The ideal candidate will have strong practical knowledge of accounting, taxation and financial reporting, along with the ability to independently manage day-to-day accounting operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage complete day-to-day accounting operations, including ledger scrutiny, journal entries, receivables and payables
• Maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure timely reconciliation of ledgers and bank accounts
• Handle GST, TDS and other statutory compliance and coordinate with external consultants when required
• Prepare monthly financial statements, MIS reports and other management reports
• Monitor outstanding receivables and payables and support effective working-capital management
• Conduct regular review of accounting entries, expense classification and supporting documentation
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors and other stakeholders for accounting and financial matters
• Assist in month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing activities
• Identify accounting discrepancies and ensure timely resolution
• Maintain proper documentation and internal controls across accounting processes
Candidate Profile
• 3–6 years of relevant experience in accounting / finance roles
• Strong practical knowledge of Tally Prime, MS Excel, GST and TDS
• Good understanding of accounting principles and financial statements
• Experience in independently handling books of accounts will be preferred
• Strong analytical, reconciliation and problem-solving skills
• High level of accuracy, ownership and attention to detail
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
