Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Civil Engineer role based in Hyderabad. The Civil Engineer will oversee planning, design, and execution of residential and commercial projects in alignment with company standards and local regulations. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and reviewing engineering designs and drawings, coordinating with architects, contractors, and site teams, and monitoring construction activities for quality, safety, and compliance. The role involves conducting site inspections, managing stormwater and drainage solutions, and providing technical guidance to ensure structural integrity and efficient project delivery. The Civil Engineer will also support project scheduling, cost control, and documentation, contributing to continuous improvement in construction processes and outcomes.
Qualifications
Civil Engineering Design and Civil Engineering skills, including the ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and structural details.
Experience as Civil Engineers with responsibility for site supervision, quality assurance, and contractor coordination.
Planning skills for project scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination of construction activities.
Knowledge of Stormwater Management, drainage design, and related infrastructure best practices.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
Familiarity with relevant building codes, standards, and local regulatory requirements.
Proficiency in engineering and design software (e.g., AutoCAD, STAAD, or similar tools) and MS Office.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively on-site.
Prior experience in residential or commercial real estate projects in an urban environment is an advantage.
