Role Description The Business Specialist is a full-time remote role responsible for supporting business planning, performance analysis, and operational improvement initiatives. In this position, the specialist will analyze data and trends, prepare reports, and provide insights that inform strategic and tactical decisions. Daily tasks include collaborating with cross-functional teams, documenting business requirements, and helping design and refine processes that improve customer experience and internal efficiency. The role also involves maintaining clear communication with stakeholders, assisting with customer service initiatives, and identifying opportunities to enhance existing business models. The Business Specialist will contribute to project coordination, ensure timely follow-up on business priorities, and support leadership with well-structured recommendations.

Candidates should possess Business and Business Planning skills to support strategy development, forecasting, and operational optimization.

Relevant qualifications include experience in business analysis, operations, or consulting; proficiency with productivity and data tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software); and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
A bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
