Position Title ESS Field Application Engineer
Report Line FAE Manager
Work Location (Business Travel In EU)
Responsible Region Oversea regions
Job Responsibility :
Responsible for on-site installation guidance, inspection, commissioning
Maintain communication with HQ R&D, quality, supply chain, and project teams; accurately report on-site issues and track them to resolution.
Responsible for customer training, technical Q&A, and complaint handling to improve customer satisfaction.
Comply with EHS safety regulations and follow on-site work requirements including high-voltage safety, lockout/tagout (LOTO), working at heights, and fire safety.
Complete documentation such as work orders, logs, commissioning reports, acceptance forms, and spare parts consumption records.
Requirements:
Poly-teach master degree graduate in Germany
Non-experience or one year experience
Language Requirement
Fluent (B2) in Germany
Fluent in English
